Little physique update of a small guy 👌

6 weeks post show! 219lbs and holding decent condition 🔥

This is by far my best look and the workouts are starting to get juicy!

Got food intoxication while on vacation 2 weeks ago and made it very hard to eat and train. Despite that, clear improvements were still made and I am very happy with them!

Far from perfect, but the journey is about doing the best you can to improve and get better.

Looking forward to what’s to come and how physique is going to improve in 2026!

It is a good way to start the holidays 💪

Hamza wanted a complete reset.

He wasn’t satisfied with how he looked or felt — so he committed to a real plan made for him.

And that’s a wrap for 2025 🔥

Huge step up from last time on stage last year! A lot of work was put into this prep and so grateful to be where I am.

I lost 64lbs and reached the weight I had in PRIMARY SCHOOL!!?!??!! Pushed beyond my limits as there are no limits to what you can put in, but what you decide you are able to do.

This year’s prep was far from easier than the previous years, but definitely managed it better.

A lot of you know I was not supposed to compete this year, but the opportunity presented itself and GOD I AM HAPPY I WENT FOR IT!

I love training and eating. However, self development and personal mastery is something I value a lot. Bodybuilding is exactly that. Build yourself up and master every aspect of your life. Competing takes a lot from someone and requires to be 200% on point.

This year, so much was accomplished. Got in leaner, bigger and posing better. I am very happy with the results and even more happy to have worked as hard as I did to make it happen!

Partnered with at 9 weeks out and that was a game changer! Super happy to have find someone like Chris. We see a lot of things the same way and the connection between us happened right away. From the moment he picked up my prep to now, plan has been solid and the results SPEAKS for itself!

Now, we have big plans to make this year’s package like it is NOTHING for next comp!

Thanks to all of my clients and friends who deeply supported and encouraged me to push through. They all saw how much I put in and really made an impact on me pushing through it!

Thanks to my cousin who came along and helped me SO MUCH during the last of peak week and show day!

Thanks to to have opened my mind and crushed the limits I had set for myself. Drove me to be a better athlete and truly set me up on the path of greatness and personal mastery!

Big S/O to for crushing an incredible transformation!!

Only 19 weeks and the results speak for themselves.

Charbel been in the gym for years, but was not happy with how his body looked. He decided to give a shot and complete an epic transformation!
