In Kyorugi, students should focus on becoming great at one thing at a time. Students first need to develop the fundamental components of sparring. Progress comes from building the right foundation piece by piece, like laying bricks to build a strong structure, rather than trying to stack everything at once without direction.

Poomsae is the science of equilibrium in Taekwondo. Finding balance in every movement requires an understanding of how all parts of the body must move together as one. True control comes not from isolated techniques, but from the harmony and coordination of the entire body.

In Dwi Kubi, the weight must be distributed toward the back leg while keeping the balance centered. A lack of power and rotation in the following movement is often not caused by the punch itself, but by an incorrect setup in the movement before it. Proper stance and weight distribution create the foundation for effective technique.
