Without food, we can live for months. Without liquid, we can survive for days. Without breathing, we can only live for a few minutes. Breathing is the link to our environment. 🕒
With each breath, there is an exchange of gases in our lungs & our blood gets cleared of its waste products & carbon dioxide. The blood absorbs the new oxygenated air and transmits it to all the cells in our body. 💞
Dairy & refined flour products, smoke & air pollution create a buildup of mucus in the bronchi & our sinuses. As a result, our lungs become cluttered with carbon waste, inhibiting the cleansing process & putting pressure on the eliminating organs. There’s not enough oxygen to clean the body waste.🗑️
If you’re looking for a good way to cleanse your lungs, focus your energy on anti-mucus foods like: Raw scallions, garlic, horseradish, fresh ginger and breathing exercises that will stimulate your lungs to full capacity. ✨
Vegetables like Bok choy, daikon, radish, lettuce, celery, cucumber, watercress & wheatgrass juice are also excellent for cleansing your lungs. 🌬
Breathing exercise:
Sit down in a comfortable chair, keep your back straight & relax your entire body. 🧘🏼♀️

The lives we lead make it difficult for the colon to remove waste. When we eat a meal with overcooked & devitalized food, the colon has to force a lot to evacuate the remains of the meal, which is most of the time only half digested. 😵 Creating enormous pressure, this can lead to diverticulitis throughout the colon that can become infected & create preconditions for cancer.
To get your colon to function healthily, your body must eliminate waste so it can repair itself. Cleansing techniques, exercises, raw fruits & vegetables high in fibers, sprouts, seeds & fermented foods like sauerkraut will purge it & strengthen it. 🌱
If you don’t have 1 or 2 healthy bowel movements a day, you may want to consider having your colon irrigated by a healthcare professional. It will help loosen stool, deposits & hardened mucus, restore intestinal flora, nourish your body & help muscles constricting the lining of the colon.
⬇️Here are 2 options you can use immediately to strengthen your colon:
🔆 When using the bathroom, squat or place your feet on a 10’’ raised platform. (This will help in opening the colon, allow complete evacuation, strengthen your abdominal muscle & protect you from hernias & haemorrhoids)
🔆Abdominal lift:
⚠️Lie on the floor with your legs slightly bent, hands above your knees
⚠️Bent over slightly. Blow all the air out of your lungs (this will pull your muscles in)
⚠️Relax without inhaling
⚠️Hold your breath to make your stomach as round as possible
🔁Repeat 10x, stand up & breathe, repeat for 3-4 series
This exercise will massage & tone the internal digestive & eliminating organs. (It's best to do this when you wake up & never with a full stomach)

Juices, used with dietary corrections and good herbal supplements of dandelion, artichoke & black radish can help clean your liver & gallbladder naturally.
-Wheatgrass juice is full of: magnesium, enzymes, proteins, vitamins + minerals. It will help clean your blood & organs of debris.

The quality of our lifestyle has a direct influence on the maintenance of our health.
A carefree life is hard to achieve when illness makes us suffer & takes away that share of joy in our daily lives. Our center of attention is shifting towards our health problems & loss of autonomy, creating many disappointments, affecting our personal & professional achievements.
Excellent health offers us many possibilities and a great capacity for action & creativity. Our heritage, environment & each of our actions has a direct influence. If we want to live a healthy lifestyle, we need to act accordingly. It is not enough to state it.
Here are 7 key actions you can start putting into practice:
-Maintain a healthy weight by avoiding enormous meals & eating in the evening.
-Be mindful of the food you consume, enjoy your meals, and chew well to avoid constipation.
-Manage your emotions by doing an aerobic exercise for better blood circulation.
-Meditate to have a better attitude towards life & others.
-Maintain a healthy diet by eating unrefined foods, vegetables & fresh fruits. Avoid fats such as frying, margarine & hydrogenated peanut butter and shortening, cooked nuts, cream, butter, cheese & very high fat milk.
-Avoid stimulants & acidifying foods such as vinegar, acid, tomatoes, nuts (except almonds), soft drinks, coffee, tea & cocoa. Candy in all its forms (chocolate, candy, jello, ice cream).
-Consider adding supplements to your diet. They are a major asset for maintaining / regaining good health & having nutritional reserves to cope with life’s difficulties. (B-complex vitamins for proper functioning of the nervous system | Omega 3 & 6 essential fats, flax seed & fish oil for the proper functioning of the hormonal & immune system and the heart | Liquid chlorophyll for a complete source of minerals & to avoid deficiencies)
