Depuis quelque temps, mes cours au Centre Bell avec le Groupe CH et Evenko affichent complet très rapidement.
Ça m’a fait réaliser une chose :
👉 Il est temps pour moi d’offrir mes propres cours de groupe (bootcamp, circuit training, fitness classes).
Mais pour ça… j’ai besoin de VOUS.
Je suis actuellement à la recherche d’un espace à louer pour donner mes cours :
📍 Localisation souhaitée : Montréal centre ou Laval
🚗 Accessibilité : Facile d’accès + stationnement

Y'all see this face? This is the face of a man at 9:20pm having a FULL conversation with his couch.
Couch: "Stay here bro, we got Netflix and snacks"
Me: "But I gotta hit the gym..."
Couch: "The gym will be there tomorrow"
Me: "That's what you said yesterday!"
Listen, motivation is like that friend who only shows up when they feel like it. But DISCIPLINE? Discipline is that ride-or-die homie who picks you up even when you look busted and don't wanna go nowhere. 😂
I'm literally about to drag myself off this couch like I'm moving a refrigerator upstairs. My mind is writing checks my body don't wanna cash, but we goin' anyway!
Because champions aren't made when you FEEL like it, they're made when you do it DESPITE not feeling like it.
Time to go argue with some weights. They better be ready because I'm bringing all this couch resistance energy to the gym! 💯

When Mother Nature said "April snow showers" nobody asked for THAT smoke! ❄️ But your coach still showed up at 8AM with the Groupe CH squad looking like "Yes, I CHOSE to be awake right now!" 😂
Listen up fam if I can drag myself outta these warm sheets on a Tuesday when it's snowing in SPRING, you can handle whatever today throws at you! 💪🏾
