Here's a tip: Before getting out of bed, take 5-8 minutes and stretch out your neck, back, legs and arms.

Doing some simple stretches every morning will help your body wake up so you are ready to take on the day!

Don't Drink Your Calories! 🥤

I do not believe in diets, but I always tell my clients to reduce their consumption of soda or liquids that are not providing nutritional value.

Instead of reaching for a diet soda or sugary juice, try sparkling water, coffee, herbal tea, or water with lemon. 🍋

We love Greek yogurt in my house!
It is an excellent source of protein which makes it a great addition to breakfast or as an afternoon snack.

Some of the benefits include:
Improving bone health
Boosting metabolism
Improving gut health,
Lowing blood pressure
and so much more!

My favourite way to enjoy Greek yogurt is with fresh berries and granola!
