Following the success of our first 'Men's Fire', we are pleased to announce the 1st of 4 more sessions we will be hosting this year. We are please to welcome Mike Standup will be our first guest speaker on the topics around Men's Health and Wellness. The fitness portion will be coach-led by Head Coach John Satekaienton Diabo.

Our Kids CrossFit program is designed to help kids get stronger, more confident, and more comfortable being active โ all in a positive and supportive environment, with certified coaches and educators ๐งก
Classes focus on age-appropriate movement, coordination, teamwork, and building healthy habits while still keeping things fun. We use games, obstacle-style warmups, light equipment, and simple functional movements to help kids improve balance, agility, focus, and overall fitness.
Itโs not about intense training or competition โ itโs about helping kids move well, gain confidence, and enjoy being active alongside other kids their age. ๐ช
Whether your child already loves sports or just needs a fun way to stay active, this program is a great way to build confidence, friendships, and strong foundations for the future.
