Grateful for the bus driver’s who get us to and from our games each week!

Today we are celebrating our incredible bus drivers on Bus Driver Appreciation Day! School bus drivers are one of the greatest assets of our community! They are entrusted with the safety and well-being of our children and serve as role models, mentors, and friends to the children in our communities.

Did you know that Prairie South has 106 buses running every school day? They transport over 2,800 students and travel over 18,000 kilometres each day!

Please join us in expressing a sincere THANK YOU to all our professional school bus drivers for the challenging work they do each day getting our students to school safely, on time, and ready to learn!

An update on the 2020 Football season:

The SHSAA has postponed the football season start date to September 14th in order to give students, staff, and coaches time to adjust to the new normal in school this fall. So there will be no meetings, testing, registration, or practices until that time. Enjoy the last few weeks of your summer and I look forward to seeing you all soon. I will provide further updates once school is underway.
