I know this post is well overdue, but big congratulations to Chad for lifting an impressive 555 lbs on his Deadlift! πͺπ This is a monumental mile stone to deadlift that much weight in only 11 months of training!! I am looking forward to what you will do in the future. The new big goal would be to add 6 plates each side and then go for the big 600 lb. Keep up the great work Chad! ππͺ
Big congratulations to Geoff Dresser for passing his back-to-wall handstand push-ups last week. πͺπ I remember when you first started at the gym and could barely lift your one shoulder up to hang from the bar 5 years ago. It is always a pleasure to have you in class!
