Hi Moose Jaw! Come and take a free B***y Barre class with me this weekend! I am certifying to become an instructor and the requirement is that an intermediate 1 hour class needs to be filmed. I'd like to cap the class at 6 people just because of barre space so let me know if you can make it. This Friday night, 7pm at the Attic Spin Studio. Thanks!

Folklore is on vacation, gathering stories and collecting memories, be back soon! Keep dancing wherever you may go or whatever season you may be in. When I was grieving over the loss of someone very special to me, dance was a vehicle of healing and a place I could release all those pent up emotions. And even now, on vacation, it's one of my favorite things to do, especially gymnastics on the beach!

New classes starting the 2nd week of February.

Beginner dance class, Thursdays 9:30 to 10:30 am with childcare available.

Intermediate to advanced dance class with contemporary, hip hop, ballet choreography and core work is on Monday nights, 7:30 to 8:30.

Both classes have a total of 8 classes and cost 80$ for the entire session. Thursday childcare add 20$ for entire session. Message to register.

Beginner contemporary class this morning, come stretch, breath, extend, work your muscles, and see what your body is capable of.... you might be surprised, and you might leave class feeling really good😀 Best 10$ you'll spend all week....

Hi everyone, Folklore Dance is offering new dance classes for adults this fall in 8 week sessions.
Classes include:
HIP HOP with influences from breakdance, jazz funk and salsa. Come groove with us Thursday nights 6:45-7:45 starting October 20th.
CONTEMPORARY The fundamentals of ballet, the quirkiness of modern, the rhythm of jazz, the emotion of lyrical and the freshness of improvisation rolled into one class. Friday mornings 10:30-11:30 starting October 21st.

classes are beginner to intermediate
I class per week, 8 week session is 80$ due upon first day of classes
