Summer was fun. Now it’s time to get back into a routine!

I’m looking for 4 women who want some accountability and support getting their health back on the priority list this fall.

No crash diets. No trying to be perfect. Just 12 weeks of building habits you can actually keep.

Comment RESET below and I’ll send you the details.

Yesterday marked three years of Iron Prairie Strength Lab.

Which is actually kind of crazy to say out loud!

Three years of classes, early mornings, late nights, PRs, hard workouts, new friendships, big life changes, new faces, familiar faces, and a whole lot of figuring things out as we go.

When I think back to where IPSL started and where we are now, so much has changed. The gym has grown, I’ve grown as a coach and business owner, and somehow this little idea has turned into a place that means so much to me.

But the best part has always been the people.

The people who trusted me at the beginning. The people who have walked through the doors since. The coaches who care so much about our members. The people who keep showing up, cheering each other on, laughing through workouts, and making IPSL what it is.

Owning a gym is not always easy, and there have definitely been moments over the last three years where I’ve wondered what the heck I was doing 😂 But I am incredibly grateful that I get to do this.

Thank you for choosing to spend your time here, for supporting a small-town gym, and for letting IPSL be part of your lives.

Three years down. ❤️

And I have a feeling we’re just getting started.

New to IPSL and not sure where to start?

You do not need to get in shape before joining, know how to lift weights or understand what all the movements mean. That’s exactly what our onboarding process is for.

We start with a No Sweat Intro. It’s a free, no-pressure conversation where we learn more about you, your goals, your experience and what you need from a gym.

From there, new clients complete our personalized on-ramp. It includes five one-on-one coaching sessions where you’ll learn the foundational movements, get comfortable with the equipment and understand how workouts can be adjusted for your body and experience.

Your $400 on-ramp also includes a nutrition habits consultation, recovery support and guidance between sessions.

Once you’re ready, we’ll help you choose the ongoing membership that makes the most sense for your goals and schedule.

No guessing. No being thrown into a class and expected to keep up. Just a clear, supported way to get started.

Send us a message or use the link in our bio to book your No Sweat Intro.

Okay, B**r Mile people... we’re making the costume situation official this year.

There will be a Best Costume prize at the 2026 Moosomin B**r Mile.

So if you were planning to show up in regular running clothes, you now have time to reconsider your choices.

Go solo. Coordinate with your partner. Convince your entire team of four to commit to something ridiculous.

We do not care if it is practical.
We do not care if it helps you run faster.
We are actually pretty sure it probably won’t.

We just want to see what you come up with.

The B**r Mile is happening September 26 at 11AM, with all proceeds going to Playfair Daycare.

You can register as an individual, team of two or team of four.

So consider this your warning:

The costume competition is on.

Are you revealing your idea early, or keeping it secret until race day?

ANGELA IS IN THE 100 CLUB!!!

Official real-life proof for all of Ang’s friends that YES, she really has spent 100 hours working out. 😂

This one has been a long time coming and is so well deserved. Angela has put in the work, kept showing up, and officially hit that 100-class milestone!

We absolutely love having her as part of our classes. She always adds fun to the room, works hard, and is just one of those people who makes IPSL a better place to be.

Congratulations, Ang! 💪(--->actual photo of her bicep)

100 down and plenty more to go!

COMMITTED CLUB 💪

Okayyyy this is a BIG list this month and I am SO proud of these people.

There are a bunch of familiar names who just keep showing up month after month, but what makes me extra happy is seeing several FIRST-TIMERS on this list too!

Making the Committed Club isn’t about being perfect or never missing a workout. It’s about making your training a priority, finding a way to keep showing up even when life gets busy, and putting in the reps over and over again.

And this crew did exactly that. 👏

Seriously, look at this list!!

Huge congratulations to everyone who made the Committed Club this month, and an extra little shoutout to everyone seeing their name here for the very first time. I hope you’re proud of yourselves because I definitely am.

Keep showing up. It adds up. ❤️

💯 WELCOME TO THE 100 CLUB, WENDY! 💯

Our noon crew regular has officially hit 100 classes! 🎉💪🏼

Wendy is always willing to try something new, challenge herself, and see if she can push just a little further than she did the last time she walked through the doors. That willingness to keep learning and getting stronger is exactly what those 100 check-ins are all about!

Beyond the hard work, Wendy is simply a light to have in class. We love her energy, her attitude, and every time we get to have her with the lunch hour crew!

Congratulations on 100, Wendy!! We’re so lucky to have you at IPSL, now onto the next 100! 💪🏼✨

Want to get stronger together without having to do the exact same workout?

Semi-private training can be a really good fit for couples because you get to train at the same time, while still following a program that is built around your own goals, experience and starting point.

Maybe one of you is coming back after some time away.

Maybe one of you needs more modifications or a slower build.

Maybe you both want to get stronger, but you’re not starting from the same place.

You can still train together without having to follow the exact same plan.

I currently have 2 spots left in my first 6-week Semi-Private Strength Coaching group.

Starts September 15
Tuesdays + Thursdays at 12 PM
12 coached sessions
$525/person
*New start date: September 15 so the full group can begin together.*

If you and your partner have been talking about getting back into a routine together, this could be a really good way to do it.

Send me STRONG and I’ll send you the details.

Okay, but what actually IS a B**r Mile?

Because every year we post about this thing, and we’re pretty sure there are still people out there thinking they need to be both an elite runner and an elite b**r drinker to participate.

You do not.

The concept is pretty simple:

Drink a b**r, c***r or non-alcoholic option.
Walk or run ¼ mile.
Repeat four times.

That’s it. That’s the B**r Mile.

You can run it. You can walk it. You can come in with a very serious race strategy, or you can show up in a ridiculous costume with three friends and see what happens.

We strongly support the second option.

This year’s B**r Mile is happening September 26 at 11AM, with all proceeds going to Playfair Daycare.

And you’ve got options: do it solo, grab a partner, or put together a team of four.

So now that we’ve cleared that up...

Who are you convincing to do the B**r Mile with you?

Tag them below. We’ll help with the peer pressure.

🎉 400 CLUB — SYDNI! 🎉

As if celebrating her birthday yesterday wasn’t enough, Sydni also officially hit her 400th workout at IPSL! 🥳

Syd is a constant light in the gym, bringing questionable dance moves, an impressive ability to hear absolutely nothing the coaches tell her, and a commitment to never taking a class too seriously.

But behind all the chaos is someone who keeps showing up, works hard, makes every class more fun, and has now done it 400 TIMES! 🫶🏼

Congrats on 400, Syd!! We’re so lucky to have you and all the laughs, dancing and selective listening you bring with you. 🤍

Happy birthday AND welcome to the 400 Club! 🎂💪🏼
