Saturday Sept 12th Riverside S.C will be selling tickets on the UCSR 2 snowmobiles and enclosed trailer Draw. Location : Lost Village Car Show . 11 Memorial Square Ingleside. Draw tickets are $5.00 each and cash only . Hours from 10 am to 3pm . See poster for more detailed info.

Looking To Help Out.....

The installation of trail signage is an annual ritual the must be completed before we can make any trails available. Its a big task that gets much easier when there are many hands to help. The signage, while not complicated, does come with specific rules to follow to ensure signage is installed properly..

Riverside SC is hosting a Signage Installation Training Course on Saturday Sept 19, 2026 at the clubhouse , 13125 Riverside Dr, Morrisburg, ON from 9:00am to 11;30am. The course will cover all the aspects of signage, from land use tp technical requirements and best practices. We will also get you connected with a Signage Coordinator and get you matched in the most appropriate area.

So if you want to see some of the behind the scene working of a snowmobile club join us on the 19th.

Members of Riverside Snowmobile Club Inc are herby notified of the Annual General Meeting of the Members to be held on Sept 15, 2026 at 7:00pm at the Riverside SC Clubhouse located at 13125 Riverside Dr, Morrisburg, ON, K0C 1MO. See map attached for instructions to access the club house.

Just maybe it is a good time to start thinking about your wish list of riding opportunities and choice of sledding buddies for this coming season on the amazing trails provided by YOUR LOCAL CLUBS. Riverside S.C will continue with our "Trails Are Calling Riding Group " every Friday AM right from the clubhouse when trails are open. After all . ONE IS THE LONELIEST NUMBER.

Giant Hogw**d: Know What to Watch For
Giant Hogw**d may look impressive, but it's one of Ontario's most dangerous invasive plants.
Its sap can cause severe burns and painful blisters when exposed to sunlight, and if it gets into your eyes, it can lead to temporary or even permanent vision damage.
If you're out exploring Ontario's trails:
Learn to recognize Giant Hogw**d.
Never touch it with bare skin.
If you must work near it, wear waterproof gloves, long sleeves, long pants, and eye protection.
If you come into contact with the sap, wash the area immediately, avoid sunlight, and seek medical attention if symptoms develop.

Vintage Snowmobile Show on August 22nd at Ormstown Quebec ( just south of Valleyfield) which is only 45 minutes from Cornwall. A great show if you are looking for parts or a vintage sled and take the time to look at the wonderful restored sleds.
