We’re proud to continue our partnership with Attain Physiotherapy & Sport Performance Centre to help our athletes train stronger and stay safe, on and off the mat! 🦈💪

Supplemental strength & conditioning builds core stability and helps prevent common overuse injuries like wrist, ankle, and back strain all while supporting long-term athletic development as our Sharks grow and train.

CSSNL athletes have access to a special rate through this partnership. Sessions are individual or group with flexible timing, booked directly with Attain.
