Congrats to for hitting her first big mile stone on the deadlift today!
Walking into this workout I hoped she would get up to 120lbs for atleast a single and maybe a few more touch and go reps.
But then she smashed out her first attempt of 135! And the got it for reps!

This is a complete high intensity power conditioning workout I completed today. Its a long video. (9mins)
Total time for the workout was around 55 mins including breaks of approx 3 mins or less between rounds.
This video shows every movement I did for those who may want to follow along and comlplete it themselves. For those who just want to watch, this video will be a little dry compared to normal.
Try it out!
My average time per round was 10-11 mins on rounds 1-2-3
13-14 mins on round 4
(That included moving the camera every exercise)

I got challanged!
Some of the other trainers at our gym are competing with this grip strength challange so I decided to get in on the action!
The challange is a Fat Gripz Dead Hang Challange.
You must hold your grip tight onto a set of rubber fat grips which are placed on a thick pullup bar. You must hang still for as long as possible until your hands fail and you drop. You cannot do pullups during the hang or hop to readjust grip. You can only adjust your fingers and hands from the dead hanging position. I used chalk to keep my hands dry because I sweat like beer in the sun.
Time to beat was 43 secs.
Its a mind over matter game more then anything and strong forearms and deep concentration do help Alot!
I smashed out 1min 40secs💪🏼
Weigh in at time of hang: 190.0lbs
