I’m happy with this PR. I stuck to the plan and listened to my body. Today I hit 100 KM in total running distance for the month. This beats my best from last year by over 35 KMs. Doing this while keeping the resistance training intensity moderately high wasn’t always easy because as I was recovering from that I’d sometimes have to hit a challenging run. This structure generally requires me to exercise 5 days per week, which is more than my normal volume. Ideally, my Tely10 time will be better than last year such as my new 10 mile PR time I hit today at 6:00 min/KM. That’s the goal anyways.
