We will be adding a 2nd class for Tumble, Jump, Play and Tumble Skills but need to confirm with the current people registered that they are able to change the day/time before we contact the participants on the waitlist. I'm excited that these classes are so popular and trying to provide it for all who want to join. :)

We have partnered with Port Hawkesbury Recreation and will be offering these 3 programs in the Spring.
Registration details will be in the PHK Rec Flyer in April.

We will be holding an open house for our competitive dance team mid-end of Oct for ages 12+. Stay tuned for dates!!!

Due to lack of coaches our Tumble, Jump, Play and Cheer recreation programs will not start until Spring 2024 (after hockey season). Sorry for the inconvenience.

Fusion Athletics is hosting an open house for our cheerleading program. If you are age 5+ and interested in cheer please come check it out.
This open house will help us determine what programs/teams we will offer next season.

Our season ended today.
Loved playing with the little ones in our Tumble, Jump, Play program.
Our cheerleaders worked hard on their routine and showed what they learned to their families. They were a great group to work with.
Our hip hop program ended in April -- the dancers took home high silver medals from their competition in Sydney.
We will hold an open house for cheer before the end of June to determine the interest and make decisions for next season. Stay tuned for more information. 😊

As most cheer clubs are starting registrations for next season we are still in the gym with our skills, non-competitive programs (tun til mid-june).
We will host open houses in September, but if you are interested in learning more about our club please reach out. 😊
We offer Tumble, Jump, Play; cheer and hip hop dance.

Just some of the equipment we use for our Tumble, Jump, Play program plus to help our Cheerleaders learn to tumble. Most of the equipment was purchased through grants from Sport NS. Thankful for those grants and thankful to Town of Mulgrave for allowing us to use their great space. 😊

Any ex or current cheerleaders out there interested in coaching? We have 7 classes left of our skills season and planning for next season. Would be great to have 2-3 coaches to help with our Tumble, Jump, Play group, non competitive dance/cheer group and our competitive hip hop and cheer teams.
We do compensate our coaches and discuss what that looks like. If interested please message me via this post or call/text 902-302-2458.
It would be ideal if you could help out the end of our season to determine if you enjoy it enough to commit to a full season and have some coaching hours to be certified in the fall. :)
