🚣 500m Row Benchmark Tips
Tomorrow it’s just you, the rower, and 500 meters.
The biggest mistake? Treating the first 100m like it’s the finish line. 🔥
✅ Drive through your legs
✅ Settle into a strong, sustainable pace
✅ Use your split time as your guide
✅ When the final 100m hits, give it everything you’ve got
A great 500m row isn’t won in the first few strokes. It’s built by staying strong when the burn starts to bite.
See you on the rowers - June 5th. 💪🚣♀️🔥
