BMO 2026!
So many moments of being emotional on this one, getting full body shivers and goosebumps thinking about how cool and amazing this whole thing is, holding back tears at the incredible support I received from all the messages and spectators on the course, and finally letting out a few tears of both pain and pride.
Didnβt hit the goal I wanted, buuuut I crushed a 10 min PB and went into this run with no pressure, just a plan to go by vibes and listen to my body ππΌ
Turns out my body told me to slow it the fuuuuck down for the final 10km which cost me the goal, but was a necessary adjustment cause my knees were hurting so bad that it was the cause of one of the cries π(if you saw me sobbing on the seawall, no you didnβt!!)
A couple bumps in the road and a hot ass day I can use as the blame π but I know what to work on for the next one now π«‘
Congrats to everyone out there today who crushed it! So incredibly cool that so many of us push our bodies and our minds to see what weβre truly capable of, and often itβs more than we give ourselves credit for π€πΌ
