*weekly focuses including hydration, strength, flexibility and nutrition
*Weekly logsheets for tracking
*random fitness challenges to keep you in the zone

September is fast approaching so it must be time for some fitness challenges!!!
First up: 8k steps a day challenge
This challenge has a $10 buy in to the pot fee with one of the lucky participants winning it all! I hope you are competitive because I get to do this one too!! It will start Sept 1st and go for the whole month. Each day you get 8000 steps you get an entry. Each day you get 16000 steps you get 2 entries. Each day you get over 20000 steps you get 2 entries AND an entry into the secret prize envelope I'll be making. I will be creating a group page to help with tracking so let me know if you want to join in the fun. Invite your friends for support and competition! If you don't have a smart watch to track don't worry there are lots of free step tracker apps out there you can use on your phone including but not limited to: Pace pedometer and step tracker, Google fit, stepsapp pedometer and myfitness pal
