MacIver Highland Dancers

The ScotDance Canada Championship Series, which includes the Canadian Highland Dance Championships, starts in 5-1/2 weeks! Literally hundreds of volunteer hours need to be filled. If you are going to be in or near Kamloops from July 6 - 11, consider giving a few hours of your time to help stage this amazing event. Hundreds of dancers and their families travel from all over Canada, the United States, Scotland and Australia to attend. If you can't volunteer, come anyway and cheer on our BC dancers!

Year round intake for Highland dance classes - spread the word!

Highland dance classes for boys and girls ages 5 and up will begin in Nanaimo the week of September 14. Please share!

And in the afternoon Jane got three 1sts, two 2nds and the aggregate trophy, which was almost as big as her! Congratulations to both girls!

A wildly successful day for Campbell River dancers. In the morning Sarah competed for the first time in four years and came away with a 2nd, a 3rd and a 4th - and the 2nd was a tie with the Canadian third runner up!
