Yesterday, the 22nd episode of Sacred Sundays was released, and tomorrow I’ll be recording episode 26.

These conversations bring me so much joy because all I really need to do is show up and stay curious. What I’ve noticed over time is that when I arrive that way, spirit gets to guide the outcome in ways I could never have planned or manufactured on my own. In that sense, the “Sacred” in Sacred Sundays is both the director and the producer.

To put this more simply, I never pre write my questions. I respond in the moment. No script.

I love it when guests ask, “So what will you be asking me?” and I get to smile and say, “I have no idea.” There is always a moment of surprise, and then something opens.

It feels like magic.

Although curiosity about men’s groups is growing, not all men feel comfortable in group settings.

In response, I’ve created a clear 1:1 coaching pathway for men who prefer private, individually focused support.

This work is designed to support men navigating disconnection from themselves, relationship strain, or communication pressures.

Just finished a great conversation with Mark A. Lewis and Lucas Burton on The Sacred Village Podcast. We spoke openly about fatherhood from each of our perspectives, what’s shaped us, and what this role continues to ask of us. Grateful for the honesty and depth of this exchange. The episode should be posted later today.

So much gratitude for the sun illuminating the trees on my walk this morning. A palpable lift for my energy and spirit. ☀️

For a long time, I lived with the story: “Nobody’s there for me.” My unconscious solution was to be there for everyone else.

But here’s the problem—no one could show up for me the way I showed up for them. I wasn’t getting back what I hoped for, and that created resentment. It reinforced the same old story that nobody was there for me.

The truth was simple but hard to face: I was there for everyone but me. And that’s what fueled the frustration. Until I saw it clearly, I didn’t realize how much of it was happening beneath the surface.

Someone once told me: “You can’t just breathe out.”

That landed hard. Because if you’re always giving to others, it’s the same as only exhaling. And without inhaling, without receiving, you don’t live.

Hearing that shifted everything for me. It made me accountable for myself—for noticing my choices, my patterns, and how neglecting my own needs was impacting my relationships.

Now I carry that question with me: Am I breathing in, or am I breathing out? It’s a simple reminder that we can’t only give—we also need to receive in order to stay alive, aligned, and whole.
