It was 20 years ago today that Full On Fitness ran its first Outdoor Bootcamp at Beban Park.
What happened after that has been a fantastic journey in the Health and Fitness world.

Today Full On Fitness celebrates it’s anniversary as a staple on Vancouver Island in the Fitness industry .
We would like to thank everyone that has been a part of this amazing Journey .
