Blu is about to finish! The last boat in. Bravo Zulu dropped out of the leg and motored into Nanaimo. They made some risky decisions on the leg that just didn't work out in their favour. A great race was had by all. Awards will be tomorrow.

Makika crew at the end of yesterday's leg

06/16/2011

Dragonfly lost their spinnaker and sustained some hull damage yesterday- they hit a log....not quite the same as Makika and the whale...but despite everything, they were first boat in at 1945 last night. Followed closely by Makika. My Tai was first div 2 boat across the finish. Final boats crossed the line in the early hours of this morning
