We're now in Phase 3 of BC's Restart Plan and excited to be able to welcome back Canadian residents to Nanaimo. If you're from outside Canada, we look forward to welcoming you back when the time is right.

Secret Beach will reopen on July 20th for the season. You will be able to paddle into the Broken Group Islands. Yahoo !!

Summer is Here !!!!!!! Time to get on the water. We are open 7 days a week 10 am till 8 pm.

While doing Paddleboard lesson last nite (June 17th) at Westwood Lake we found 2 canoe paddle left on the beach. If they are yours please call, ask for Richard and describe them and then you can come pick the up. 250-591-3021

Broken Group Islands:
The Broken Group Islands will be open to overnight visitors from June 4 to September 30 in 2021, as provincial health guidelines allow.
Reservations will open on May 31, 2021 at 8am PDT. Campers can book their adventure by visiting reservation.pc.gc.ca or by calling 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
Camping availability will be reduced in 2021, and advance reservations are required (no overnight guests without advanced reservations will be allowed).
The Broken Group Islands are only accessible by boat/kayak.
