We are one community with two locations! Welcome to our newly acquired Wilfert Rd facility! It’s bright, airy, and full of fun.
We have bars, rings ,balance beams, floor, vault, Tumbl Trak, and of course the beloved trampoline and foam pit.
We are happy to offer a full slate of programs at both our Wilfert and Rock City locations this Summer and for Fall 2026.

ADULT DROP IN AGES 16+ STARTING SUNDAY JUNE 12th - RUNNING THROUGH THE ENTIRE SUMMER‼️‼️‼️🚨🚨🚨

We will be running adult drop in ALl summer at our NEW location: 1911 Wilfert Road
on Sundays from 6-8pm!🩷
These classes will consist of a group warmup starting at 6pm and group conditioning time towards the end!💪
The middle of the class will be your time to safely try skills you want to learn on all the events (bars, beam, floor, vault & trampoline!) with an amazing coach there to supervise and help you with drills!

🏆Biggest Accomplishment: Being able to show up and grow with her skills although she injured her foot last year. As well as meeting all the special people and connections she’s made that will impact her life forever!
🤩Plan Next Year: Study at UVIC! She hopes to study abroad her 3rd year!
