Each adaptive participant needs 1:1 support from a guardian. 🥰

A coach will support participants as they explore the gym at their own pace. 🤸‍♀️

Our adaptive drop-in allows participants to build confidence, connections, and physical fitness.

The sale is at Rock City, but consigned gear can be dropped off in advance at either location.

To consign gear, place it in a ziplock bag with your athlete’s name, size, and selling price. Receive a 75% return on your consignment.

Oh, Tatum. 🥹🫶

We are deeply grateful for your leadership, support, and passion. Tatum inspires our athletes both on and off the mat. She has a special place in our hearts, and we are so excited for her next visit home! While her presence is deeply missed, we are brimming with pride for her journey and accomplishments. Coach Tatum always goes the extra mile, and her athletes recognize it. Hence the special song, dance, and farewell gifts.

Attention all members, we encourage you to attend our Annual General Meeting. This is your chance to have a voice and further immerse yourself in our club. You’ll also have the opportunity to help set the club’s direction.

The AGM will be held on Thursday, September 24th at 6:30 p.m. in the foyer of our Rock City location.

We’ll discuss reports on the 2025-26 fiscal year and the proposed budget for 2026-27, and we’ll also host elections for vacant positions.
