Unfortunately we must close again due to the latest restrictions. Stay healthy and safe.

Due to new Covid 19 rules, the studio is now closed again. We hope to reopen soon once the new guidelines are in place. Stay safe.

We will be postponing our Friday evening Meditation gathering until we can safely use the Meditation loft again.

The studio will be re-opening on September 8th, 2020. We are so happy to welcome everyone back after this confusing year. Everyone’s health and safety is of the upmost importance. All equipment and mats will be thoroughly sanitized between classes and hand sanitizer will be available for use upon entry into the studio. We respectfully ask everyone to follow the social distancing guidelines of six feet ( two metres) from other students and staff. Face masks are not a requirement but students are welcome to wear one if they feel more comfortable. As we move forward, we will be carefully adding more classes to the schedule. Due to the fact that the studio closes for the summer season, we have decided to suspend all classes until September. We look forward to reopening in the fall with a new schedule and a plan in place to keep our clients and staff healthy and protected. We wish everyone a wonderful, safe summer.
