The gym door is having issues again. With this warm weather .. everything is shifting. If it doesn’t open..Please do not pull hard! There isn’t anything we can do at the time.

New Season/ New Energy!
Are you ready to get back in a routine or start a new one? Never trained before? No problem..come join a great support group to learn and keep you motivated. Fall session of fitness classes are starting Wednesday sept 3. WIM gym. I have 6-7-8-9 am class spots open. Classes are 45 mins long max 4 people per class.

I will also be starting an @ home program.. if you would rather workout within your own home.. I will travel to you..within a certain km radius.
