Please note that our cancellation policy has been updated. We are extending the cancellation window to help ensure classes and appointments remain available to those who want to attend.

🧘‍♀️ GROUP YOGA CLASSES
Our late cancellation window is changing from 4 hours to 8 hours.

If you cancel a group yoga class less than 8 hours before the start time, a $20 + GST late cancellation fee will be charged to your account.

💆‍♀️ MEMBER APPOINTMENTS
For members, appointments cancelled less than 8 hours before the appointment time will be subject to a $20 + GST cancellation fee.

🔥❄️ HOT & COLD THERAPY — NON-MEMBERS
For non-members booking hot/cold therapy appointments, the cancellation window is 24 hours.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a full cost of the appointment + GST

We understand that plans can change, but late cancellations make it difficult for others to take those spots. Thank you for respecting our policy and helping us keep our schedule fair and accessible for everyone. 🤍

Please make sure to cancel within the appropriate cancellation window to avoid a late cancellation fee.
