BIG MOVES START SMALL. 🥋❤️

We’re excited to introduce Tiny Moves, our brand-new Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class created especially for little ones ages 3–4!

Through movement, games and age-appropriate Jiu-Jitsu activities, Tiny Moves helps children develop coordination, confidence, focus, discipline and social skills — all while having fun in a safe and welcoming environment.

Huge congratulations to our Head Coach, Davi, on taking 1st place at Grappling Industries Vancouver!

At 42, Davi stepped into the Adult Division and went 5–0 — 3 wins by submission and 2 by points — without conceding a single point throughout the entire tournament.

Our Little Moves program (ages 5–9) helps kids build coordination, discipline, respect, focus, and confidence in a fun, safe, and welcoming environment.

Today, our students competed, both kids and adults, and everyone won medals. I want to congratulate the whole team at New Move BJJ. You all put into practice everything you train in the academy.
