These players brought the effort, energy and teamwork today and gave it everything on the field.

They battled, they fought, and they never stopped being there for each other. Games like this are part of the journey - especially this early in the season.

There’s lots of football ahead, lots to learn, and lots of room to grow. We’ll take the lessons, get back to work and keep moving forward together.

There’s nothing quite like game day from the sidelines! 🏈✨

Today we got to share the sidelines with the Coquitlam Football & Cheer angels, and we had SO much fun performing together! We even got to teach them our NEW HYPE CHEER and safe to say… they absolutely brought the ENERGY! 📣🔥

And can we talk about our BOYS?! 🏈🧡 They did AMAZING out there today and we couldn’t be prouder of them! Getting to stand on the sidelines, cheer them on, celebrate the big plays and bring the Hyack spirit is one of our favourite parts of game day.

Great football. Great cheer. Great energy. One big Hyack family. 🧡🖤

A huge shoutout to Stella and Keira, ✨Stella✨ Keira our amazing All-Star cheerleaders, who have taken time out of their summer once a week throughout July and August to help our younger athletes. 🥹👏🏼

Stella joined the Hyacks as a young girl and it has been so special to now see her giving back to the program and helping the next generation of Hyack cheerleaders. This is her second season helping with our program and this year she brought Keira along with her!

Our girls have been so grateful to learn from both of you — from stunting and jumps to skills, confidence and leadership. ❤️

Stella and Keira, you will definitely be missed! We are so thankful for all the time, patience and knowledge you’ve shared with our girls this summer.

Thank you both for giving back and being such amazing role models. It means so much to our younger athletes to have older cheerleaders they can look up to and learn from. 🧡🖤
