Welcome to our page! Although our program has been running for many years, we've never made it onto Facebook before!
We actually have a new location at 1251 Gorham Street (Unit 13) in Newmarket, and we'd LOVE you to join us there. We have classes on Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 4-5pm, and from 6pm onwards.
