Downpipe down !!
The first contractor used concrete nails but for some reason the mortar between bricks still felt wet.

Ultimately the nails pulled out and the downpipe fell. We used a drill in mushroom anchor that expands when the centre pin is hammered in ensuring it will never come out again. Unless it does. Lol Jk

Well Ontario, how are you all enjoying this winter so far?

More to come.🌨️🌨️

❄️Ice dam removal. Why is it important? For a few reasons

❄️Water damage:
The primary concern is water trapped behind the ice dam which can seep into your home causing significant water damage to drywall and crown molding etc.

❄️Roof damage:
The weight of the ice dam can put excessive stress on your roof, causing sagging, cracking, or even collapse in extreme cases.

❄️Mold growth:
Water leaks from an ice dam can create a moist environment, optimal for mold growth.
