Marc and I want to thank all of our members and coaches for making 2022 the most amazing year, not only from a fitness perspective but from building relationships and becoming a family!  This holiday, I hope everyone can take a break from the routine of everyday life and enjoy your friends and family. 2022 has flown by and we really need to think about the important things in life! 💜 Enjoy your time off, celebrating whatever tradition you follow and we look forward to seeing from you in 2023! Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!

Now that the holiday season is in full swing, let’s get our team together and have some festive fun! To highlight our amazing community we will be running a ‘12 Days of Fitness Challenge’. All of us, members and coaches alike, will be participating.

Here’s how it will work:
Every morning we’ll post an exercise or challenge on our Instagram story. For these exercises you will try to complete as many reps as possible in 45 seconds.
🫶 we will all have 24 hours to complete the challenge and post your video. Make sure you tag , and and use the hashtag .
🫶This challenge will run for 12 days, from Monday, December 12th to Saturday, December 24th.
