If you are interested in a 5pm spot for next week, May 25 - 29. Please let me know. Despite the return to cooler temps tomorrow. next week is supposed to be nice again and the pool will be warm.

The pool is being opened today. The weather is warming up and the heater will ensure we are swimming before the end of the weekend! Looking forward to starting lessons in just a few days.

As the weather warms up and thoughts turn to summers by the lake, it is important to remember that cold water presents its own safety challenges. Our lakes and rivers are still very cold, if you accidentally fall in, shock can set in within 1 -2 minutes. Please make sure everyone is wearing a life jacket as you may be incapacitated very quickly. Enjoy the water responsibly.

Not only is it time to make sure you have your child's swim lessons are secured. It is also time to make sure the bathing suits from last summer still fit. When purchasing new suits, consider a colour that will make them easy to spot in the water. In potential downing situations, seconds count!
