I’m happy to announce that I’ve partnered with the Town of Newmarket to offer the Lil Jammers program once again.

Lil Jammers is a joyful, play-based music program for preschool children and their families. Through singing, movement, rhythm games, and hands-on exploration of simple instruments, children build early musical skills while strengthening listening, coordination, and confidence. Caregivers participate alongside their child, making music together in a warm, supportive environment that encourages creativity, connection, and a lifelong love of music.

Spring session will run for 6 weeks starting April 4th. Classes are held at Magna Centre Saturday mornings 9am, 10am, and a new family option at 11am.

Registration is now open for Winter Programs! I am once again teaming up with the Aurora Cultural Centre to offer the Lil Jammers and Rhythm Kids group music programs.

The Lil Jammers Program is for toddlers age 1-3 and their grown up's. From singing songs together and exploring instruments, to learning how to keep a steady beat and enjoying free and group dances, this is the perfect introductory class for youngsters. This class will take place on Saturday mornings and we have two options 9am or 10am. Each class is 45min long and runs for a total of 8 weeks.

The Rhythm Kids Program is for young budding musicians age 3-6 years old. Students will learn to play simple patterns as a group, keep a steady beat, explore different genres and cultural music through listening activities, instrument play, creative movement and group dances. This class runs on Saturday mornings at 11am for 45min and is 8 weeks in duration.

I'm excited to be offering the Lil Jammers program for toddlers age 1-3 and their caregivers, as well as the Rhythm Kids program for children aged 3-6.

The focus of these programs will be to develop foundational music knowledge and an overall love of music, while using music as a tool to nurture and develop of the whole child.
Classes will be jam packed with fun, creative, and engaging music activities such as instrument exploration/play, expressive movement in circle group dance as well as free dances, singing and vocal development, and of course social and independent music based games.

These programs will be running on Saturday morning's and are 45min in length. Classes start Sept 28th and run for 8 weeks. The cost is $150.00 per session per child. Both programs will be taking place at the recently renovated Aurora Cultural Centre.
