LOOKING FOR 5 WOMEN BETWEEN THE AGES OF 45-60 EXPERIENCING MENOPAUSE, IN ANY STAGE, FOR 8 WEEKS.
*Must be in any stage of menopause.
*Must have a gym membership or full gym, in house.
*MUST follow weight training and food plan.
Menopause has it's challenges and we are looking to help 5 women manage their lives and create a positive impact.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
*Must check-in daily.
*Must complete weekly Zoom meetings with trainer.
*Must follow plan.
*Must provide a testimony at the end of the 8 week session.

The Tree pose, or Vriksasana in Sanskrit, is a standing yoga posture that involves balancing on one leg while placing the sole of the other foot against the inner thigh or calf of the standing leg. To perform it, stand tall, shift your weight onto one leg, bend the other knee, place the foot on the inner thigh or calf (avoid the knee), find a focal point to help with balance, bring your hands together at your chest or overhead, and maintain a steady breath while holding the pose. This asana helps improve balance, focus, and concentration while strengthening the legs and core.
