Cara is a longtime member of StepSisters dance community. You may know her laugh and shenanigans on the dance floor but she also works in a long term care home for seniors with alzheimers/dementia.
Soon she will be participating in the Walk for Alzheimers and could use your support. Many of us know someone affected by this terrible disease.
