"The 10U AAA Newmarket Hawks are Steve Terry Classic Champions!

What an incredible weekend in Peterborough as the Hawks put together a perfect 5-0 record to capture the tournament championship. Every player contributed, playing selfless, team-first baseball while showcasing an exceptionally high level of skill, determination, and sportsmanship throughout the weekend.

The championship game was a true pitchers' duel. Trailing 1-0 heading into the fifth inning, the Hawks refused to back down. The offense came alive with timely, clutch hitting, while outstanding defense kept the game within reach. The team rallied for five runs in the final two innings to secure an impressive 5-1 comeback victory.

Leading the way was Lincoln Sinclair, who delivered a complete-game performance on the mound, allowing just one run while battling through the pressure of a championship final. It was a remarkable outing backed by outstanding defensive play and key hits when they mattered most.
