It’s been said that we here at Maui North march to a different drummer.

Truth.

What surfer do you know that doesn’t?

Anyway…what’s a 6 month gap?…it now being JUNE 1st, and not JAN 1st as we initially thought!

We checked the weather outside and our auto speller just to be sure!

Things happen.

You got us there.

Off on an endless reverie.

No matter.

Where the heart and soul reside…the rest seems to naturally follow.

Regardless of date, time, place, or calendar…our heart is still pounding and twitching…SURF!!

Our customers, riders…surfers all!!…the very fire that keeps us lit!!

Forgive us if we lose track of a day or 2, our heart’s in the right place, we have best intention; the surf calls and beckons.

A Halloween Tale

We’re total board heads...we’d rather be riding...bookkeeping isn’t so much our thing.

Meet our Accountant....or shall we say, as he much prefers to be called, ‘The Accountant’.

Who are we to argue??

We searched high and low for someone with a certain mantle, who was up for the task, and could relate to our wayward, celebratory, board riding ways...a mix of general mayhem.

Money??...Bean Counting?...who’s got the time!? The surf beckons!

Then this guy showed up.

Admittedly, from the outset, he possessed a certain and notable flair.

Despite his outward appearance, there is no jesting with this guy...like ever.

And not just because it’s Halloween...do we refer to him, on the inside, as ‘Franken’cents’.

Honestly, if you buy a board from us....you best pay for it. In full. Just sayin’.

One thing Absolutely Terrifies him however.

It’s when we put on a global gear sale...like this one right now.

We know how to time things....it’s Halloween, he’s distracted, The Accountant is out and about doing his thing....we’re cutting deals.
