Hi friends, we've missed you! 😍It's been awhile since we've connected with you all, so we wanted to catch up and let you know what we've been up to!
It's been a whirlwind 🌀of a summer for us! We moved and have been enjoying getting settled into our new home (see above for a pic of us cleaning, cleaning, cleaning).🏡 We've been having so much fun exploring the area, and finding the best hidden pizza 🍕and sushi 🍱 places in town! Let us know if you're in the area and need any recommendations. 😉
Now that life is normalizing again, we've been back at work, and spending some much needed time with family and friends as well! 🤗
All that said, we really missed connecting with our AM fam, and it's time for us to get back on track here! Exciting things are coming with another challenge headed your way very soon! 🔥

Happy Global Running Day! We're RUNNING 😆 a little low on running/racing photos because we all know it's been a minute since we've been able to gather and run together!
Here's an oldie of us at Jelly Bean 5k, one of our favourite events of the year! Running is one of those simple activities than strengthens your body, mind, character, and builds community all at once. 🙏

What bagel dreams are made of...🥯💭
Toasted everything bagel with layers of eggs, spinach, cheese, avo, hot sauce, and anything else you want to throw in there! 🤤

We like to keep one bag in the freezer and one in the fridge so that we are never without our precious bagels! 🙏

🤣Sometimes (not always) rewards are good motivation during our workouts. We like to have treats 🍦so it’s a simple way for us to raise the tempo and sweat more to earn it!
There are always simple ways to stay motivated. It’s all about your mindset.

Comparing your body or level of fitness to someone else's will not do you any favours...it's like comparing apples 🍎 to oranges 🍊! We are all at different stages of our journeys, with different bodies and different goals. So EMBRACE what you've got, where you are, and LOVE YOURSELF for it! 🧘♂️🧘♀️

Its +20 degrees today! The sun ☀️is shining and I just came back from an awesome run. Heading inside for a cold smoothie and some shade! 😎
April Fool's! 🤪Did I get ya?? It's -3 outside, I'm dressed in 3 layers, eating a chocolate chip banana muffin 🧁 while I sip my second coffee. ☕️I am sitting in my bed simultaneously doing work and trying to find my lost carrot cake recipe 🥕🤔... feeling a little tired today so I don't have plans to move much until I head to work. We can't be winners every day!
Anyway, I'm ready to SPRING 🌷into our next challenge starting Apr 6! This is something we NEED for both our mental and physical health, especially in light of another gym closure! ❌ So who's joining us??

Can you believe it!? Spring is here, which means summer is coming quick! ☀️
💥Today we are stoked to announce we will be opening registration for our 'All In April 28-Day Challenge'
🙌🏼We are looking for 10 people who want to get ready for summer, who want to stop wishing for it and work for it and for people who want to kickstart spring on the right foot!
Our Move It March Challenges jus ended and our challengers lost up to 11lbs! 🎉This is fantastic but the biggest take away we heard was that they developed NEW, SUSTAINABLE, HEALTHY HABITS. Their motivation was reignited and it helped get them back on track.
