We have both Adult martial arts and fitness classes. Somerthing for the entire family w/ flexible hours and a fantastic fully paded, air conditioned facility.

Sawyer has been training hard and has been at every summer MMA session so far
He was apart of our first Creekside Combat winning the match of the night award in our academies No Gi ADCC rules submission grappling event
Wednesday August 19th he’ll be at the DRIFTERS NIAGARA car show at Lions Park for our huge evening showcasing what we do here at UNITED
