If anyone is looking for a great Zumba class to attend, I highly recommend Krystyn Ryding! Tues and Thurs 7:00-8:00pm. Paroisse Immaculee Conception, 101 Garnet Street St. Catharines. Tell her Tina sent you and you can try a class for free in January! I'm enjoying getting to Zumba again!!

What a fun way to start the long weekend! Thanks to all those who came out to our "kid friendly" class tonight. It was so nice to look out and see all of those smiling little faces. It made my night. Wishing everyone a great Easter weekend. Reminder that there are no classes next week on Monday or Thursday. See you back on April 24.
Feel free to bring kids along to class tomorrow night if you think they would enjoy it! The class is still geared to adults, but we may throw in a couple of kid friendly routines... No charge for the kids. A fun way to start off the Easter weekend! See you at Greendale at 7:30pm.
