💀 BJJ doesn't teach the wrist throw because it’s "too fancy"... but this wrist throw from the lapel proves that wrong.

It’s a classical technique that’s been around for centuries because it works. If they grab your lapel, they're just giving you the wrist.

🥊 Get the grip from the lapel grab.
🥊 Drive the shoulder.
🥊 Step back and twist.
