These are a staple for me when I’m working from home and need a fast and easy lunch. I make 2 and have alongside some fruits and/or veggies! The instructions are easy! Simply grease a pan, add your egg and seasonings and place the tortilla on top. Flip once mostly cooked (approx 1-2 mins), add cheese and sauces, fold, flip once more and then serve! Pancake Tuesday but make it ✨healthier✨ and make it EASY 🥞 Makes 6 pancakes Ingredients: - 2 banana - 1/3 cup gluten-free oats - 1 large egg - 4 tbsp milk (dairy, soy, oat or nut milks all work) - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder - 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder Directions: 1. Combine oats & vanilla protein powder in blender until finely ground 2. Add egg & 1.5 banana, 2 tbsp milk and blend until smooth 3. Cook mixture on a pan, flipping half way through (about 2 minutes per side) 4. While pancakes cool on a plate, make your chocolate sauce by mixing 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder & 2 tbsp milk and stir until smooth 5. Top pancakes with remaining 1/2 banana & drizzle chocolate sauce & ENJOY!
