Working out is my therapy. 💪

It's the one place where the stress fades, my mind quiets, and I can focus entirely on the present moment.

The bonus? Exercise boosts endorphins, increases serotonin, and lowers cortisol—helping improve mood, reduce stress, and support overall mental wellbeing.

Train your body. Heal your mind. - Jan💙

🔥 MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: DON 🔥

Today we're celebrating an incredible milestone and an even more incredible journey.

Over the last 18 months, Don has lost an astonishing 100 pounds.

But the number on the scale only tells part of the story.

What we're most proud of is the person Don has become throughout the process. Through consistency, hard work, and unwavering dedication, he hasn't just lost weight, he has completely transformed his health, fitness, and quality of life.

In his late 40s, Don is now stronger than ever, metabolically healthier, and living proof that it's never too late to make a change. He shows up, puts in the work, and continues to invest in himself every single week.

The greatest reward of all? Being able to fully enjoy life with his family and being the superhero in his daughter's eyes. ❤️

Don's journey is a reminder that extraordinary results don't come from perfection, they come from consistently showing up, even when it's hard.

We couldn't be prouder of everything you've accomplished, Don. Your story inspires our entire community and proves that no matter where you're starting from, meaningful change is possible.

100 pounds down.
A lifetime of health gained.

Congratulations, Don. 👏

If you've ever been in the gym early in the morning, chances are you've seen Ron putting in the work. His consistency, dedication, and commitment to his health have been inspiring to watch year after year.

One thousand workouts isn't about motivation—it's about showing up, even on the days you don't feel like it. It's about building habits, staying committed, and trusting the process.

Ron, thank you for being such an important part of our community and for setting the standard of what consistency looks like. We're proud to have been part of your journey and can't wait to see what's next.

Most people taking creatine have no idea it may not even be reaching the brain effectively.

For years, the standard 5g recommendation was built around muscle performance, not cognitive function. But newer research is pointing toward something very different when it comes to the brain.

Creatine does not move freely into brain tissue. Before meaningful amounts begin crossing the blood-brain barrier, the body first has to saturate muscle stores. For many people, that threshold may happen closer to 10g per day, not 5g.

That’s why researchers and science communicators like Dr. Rhonda Patrick and Dr. Andrew Huberman have discussed higher creatine intakes for supporting cognition, mental performance, and brain energy metabolism.

And the research gets even more interesting under stress.

In one clinical study, sleep-deprived participants given high-dose creatine experienced major improvements in cognitive performance within hours. Researchers believe this happens because creatine rapidly restores phosphocreatine in brain cells — essentially helping neurons produce energy more efficiently when the brain is under strain.

There’s also emerging research looking at creatine in neurodegenerative conditions, depression, concussion recovery, and traumatic brain injury due to its role in cellular energy production.

The takeaway:
5g may be enough for muscle maintenance.
But when the goal is brain performance, the research is increasingly pointing toward higher doses.

At first, it starts as a fitness goal. You want to get stronger, leaner, healthier.

But somewhere between the early mornings, the sweaty workouts, the missed lifts, and the small wins… something shifts.

The gym becomes more than a place to train your body.
It becomes the place where your mind finally gets quiet.

You learn discipline.
You build confidence.
You prove to yourself over and over again that you can do hard things.

And somehow, every plate you load onto the bar helps unload a little stress from your shoulders too.

No, lifting weights won’t magically fix life.
But it will teach you resilience, patience, consistency, and self-respect.

And honestly?
That’s pretty powerful therapy. 💪🖤
