Team training is about more than getting stronger. It’s about learning to move better, push each other, and show up ready for the demands of your sport.
Led by CSCS Strength Coach Marvin Warkentin, PRF team training can be built around the needs of hockey, soccer, volleyball, baseball teams and more, with a focus on strength, speed, power, conditioning and durability.
Fall team bookings are now open.

Funny how much faster you can suddenly move when your teammates are watching đź‘€
That’s part of what makes team training so good.
We can track things like speed with timing gates and give athletes measurable feedback, but there’s also something you can’t really put a number on: the energy that comes from training with people who push you and want to see you do well.
A little competition doesn’t hurt either 🤝🏼
