It’s no secret I have a major passion for CrossFit and I absolutely love introducing it to others… especially other women. In my humble opinion, nothing is quite as challenging or rewarding 💪
I can’t tell you how many women have expressed interest in CrossFit, but felt too intimidated to jump right into it… So welcome to Tues / Friday WOMEN'S ONLY CrossFit classes.
Tuesday’s: 10am-10:45am and Friday’s: @9:30-10:15am

$20 drop in
$60 @4 classes
$100 @8 classes

For many of us, food is a major part of the holidays. Whether it's a festive family feast or a holiday baking spree... 😋 When you throw tracking your macros into the mix, it can be overwhelming.
My advice?? Aim to maintain. Focus on enjoying the holidays with your family and friends! It’s okay to take a break from tracking. If nothing else, just try and hit your protein numbers. And remember, every time you eat is an opportunity to nourish your body.

If Bone Broth isn’t part of your daily routine… it should be!
👆In case you weren’t convinced by all the amazing benefits above... Bone Broth can pack a whopping 20-30grams of protein in 1 cup. Which is MAJOR… especially if you’re struggling to hit your protein number. A key to success is starting your day off with 30-40 grams of protein, which makes drinking a cup of bone broth the perfect start!
If you don’t love drinking bone broth on its own… try mixing it with other ingredients. I have a client that makes bone broth soup by tossing in some noodles and any extra veggies from her fridge.
