Spring Budo 2026! What a great time at today! 3 athletes, 3 medals, 4 subs on the day… feeling super proud of and for all taking home some well earned hardware! Back on the mats on Monday and the journey continues!

Every Saturday morning we’re getting after it here at The Garden… pull through anytime. Next weekend is so have a great last week of training and see you all in Sudbury.

Some members of our family went to war last night and I could not be more proud of each of them and more thankful to our training partners. Jiu jitsu is a microcosm or life, it’s a mirror that keeps us honest and humble! What we choose to do with that gift ultimately determines our future. We learned, we gained experience, and we get back in The Garden and get right back to work! Thanks to and Erik Faucon for putting themselves out there and representing our jiu jitsu at .

Consistency! Try to do something every day that pushes you out of your comfort zone, even something small that forces you to grow, to get slightly better. And surround yourself with like-minded people that will help you on that journey! What a way to kick off the weekend! Jiu Jitsu is hard, trying to keep a space open for it is even harder. Some days nobody shows up to class, but then some days the community comes out in full force and fills your cup with the energy you needed at just the right moment then suddenly it all makes sense again. Thank you to every beautiful soul that came out today, if you love Jiu Jitsu you have a place that will love you back… whatever you have going on just drag yourself in here and everything will be okay! ♥️🙏🏻

Another unbelievably epic Saturday roll session at The Garden. We’re here every Saturday 8-9.30am at least and if people want to keep rolling we’ll stay until the very last person is spent! Thanks to every single person who shows up helping us all get better together!
