It is so awesome to have a team that comes together for eachother and the community.
Owen messaged the team Monday and asked if anyone could help unload the truck from Puralator's food drive for the North Bay Food Bank.
Here is our teammates on the truck after unloading over 4000 pounds of food.
Happy to be a part of a community that can come together and lift eachother up.

Congrats to Dave Durocher on his 4th stripe on his blue belt! Now officially a zebra striped belt!
We are so lucky to have Dave on the mats. He is an often selected training partner as he is both dedicated to training and just a wonderful person!

Congrats to Coach Darren Patey for earning his first stripe on his blue belt.
Darren coaches our youth bjj program, and is an amazing training partner in our adult co-ed classes.
We want to recognize the temperance and skill Darren shows in his bjj practice. He takes the time to work with his partners and the youth, and shows how bjj is an art for everyone by creating a safe and welcoming presence on the mat.
