It was a sloppy start for the Monarchs Friday as some not very good play has the team down by 2 rather quickly. Monarchs were able to bounce back ending the first period even. The second period was very close with both teams trying not to make any mistakes. With the start of the third period and the score still even the Monarchs did all they could to get another goal. With the Monarchs up by 1 late into the game the ice holes took a chance and pulled their goalie for the extra man. With the empty net open Monarchs managed to get possession and put one away ending the game with a 2 goal lead.

The game was quite close to start with puck buddies getting a early lead. Monarchs struck back in quick succession taking a dominant lead for the rest of the game. It was a good win to start off the new season.

Summer 2026 Div E coed Champions!

With the summer season now finished Monarchs finished with a record of 12-3 finishing 1st in the division. Congratulations and thanks to the whole team, everyone who came out to sub this season and all supporters for making this team the success it is. This was a great way to start off the 5th year of the team. The celebration will continue as we move into our 5th Winter season and welcome in several new players. As the team moves forward we will stick to the goals that started the team. Have fun, play our best, and improve a little each game.

It was a tight game to end the season. Unfortunately the Giants managed to play spoiler. With this game Monarchs finish the summer season with a record of 12-3 Monarchs also finish this season 1st in the division.
