3 hour tour 3

It was a tough game last Friday. The Monarchs came out strong keeping the game close for the first period. Unfortunately with injuries and players away the Monarchs shortened bench came into play later in the game and even with a valient effort were not able to keep pace with 3 hour tour. Down by 2 late in the third the Monarchs pulled the goalie in one last effort to force overtime. Unfortunately 3 hour tour was able to capitalize putting the game away decisively in their favour.

Happy 4th Birthday to Monarchs Hockey Club. Happy Victoria Day! In just this last year, we finished summer season first in our division and got moved up a div during winter season. It's fair to say that we have all made some new friends, improved our hockey skills and have come together as a team. Thanks to everyone who has made this team a success.

Monarchs Win!

The Monarchs end the season with a decisive victory. Everything put in a great effort Friday night at both ends of the ice so that we could end our season with a win. This has been a season of ups and downs, but overall the team is heading in good direction. Now we enjoy the very brief "off season" before we are back at it in a couple weeks to start summer season.
