Happy 4th Birthday to Monarchs Hockey Club. Happy Victoria Day! In just this last year, we finished summer season first in our division and got moved up a div during winter season. It's fair to say that we have all made some new friends, improved our hockey skills and have come together as a team. Thanks to everyone who has made this team a success.

Monarchs Win!
The Monarchs end the season with a decisive victory. Everything put in a great effort Friday night at both ends of the ice so that we could end our season with a win. This has been a season of ups and downs, but overall the team is heading in good direction. Now we enjoy the very brief "off season" before we are back at it in a couple weeks to start summer season.

Monarchs Win!
It was a decisive win Friday night. After a brief stumble early on taking a early penalty. The Monarchs quickly came back scoring shorthanded and keeping the momentum for the rest of the game.

It was a close game Friday night. The Barbearians came out strong getting a early lead. Rhys struck back allowing us to start the 2nd period tied. We had some bad luck in the second with a couple bad deflections putting the Barbearians up by 2. The momentum shifted again in the third but we just couldn't get one past their goalie. In the last couple minutes of the third we pulled the goalie and Rhys managed to get his second goal of the night putting us within one. The Monarchs put in a good effort to get one more, unfortunately it just wasn't our night.
